Hi Ladies-
I'm new to this board but I am in desperate need of an unbiased opinion... my FI has a lot of single guy friends (FI is 27 but this friend in particular is 40) so we addressed these invites with only their names listed IE Mr. Robert Smith.
We just got a RSVP back from a friend noting he will be brining a guest even though he never was given a +1. This friend is not dating anyone seriously and has a new woman in his life every month. FI feels awkward saying anything and my best friend (newly engaged) said she has read that anyone over 21 should have a guest...any recommendations on how to approach this tactfully? We don’t have any room to spare on head count but I probably need to pick my battes.
