Ok, so it's a little early, but it's Christmas eve here and I won't be around much from now until your birthday, so:

Not meat tart- they're savoury, though- caramelised red onion and feta. They have an egg mixture over the top of them, though, which is why I'm concerned. Egg + lack of cool = food poisoning. Sigh!

The chicken sushi- well, you can do teriyaki or satay (I don't think either of these are highly authentic sushi ingredients, but they taste good!). H and I usually do some sort of chicken sushi and some salmon sushi for Christmas. He taught me how to make it on our first Christmas together when we were dating, thus sushi making whilst drinking beer has become one of our christmas traditions.
