good morning!

I didn't mention this yesterday, because I didn't want to jinx it, but I didn't see a single Knot error yesterday. Can it be for realsies, are they fixed?

Re: good morning!

  • I kept getting the "We're sorry internet forum not available" message at the top of the Knot screen.  But no big glaring server errors.
  • Good morning.  I also didn't see any error messages yesterday.  I hope it really is fixed.

And betrothed, I'm disgusted with most of the comments that you have posted. I don't think I've ever read such judgmental comments in my life. I'm so lucky that the girls I speak to on theknot are nothing like you...I would've never come on here for ADVICE if I would've encountered a big a bitch as you. I genuinely feel awful for your children or your future children, and I think it would be irresponsible of YOU not to invest in their future therapy sessions starting now. Because trust me when I tell you honey, they're gonna need it. ~jcaruncho2010

  • Good morning!  Yeah I was getting the "forum not available" error yesterday and the left side navigation hasn't been working all week.

  • Yeah, it was slow to load and timed out a few times, but error free for the most part. I did notice while reading a thread yesterday that there was a random post from another thread stuck in the middle of it, and it was strange, but not earth shattering.

    Good morning, All!

  • Good morning! I had a similar experience to all of you guys yesterday. At least the errors keep changing to different ones.

Man, I feel terrible. This is kinda lame, but last night FI and I watched the first part of the extended Feloowship of the Ring (we're planning on watching all three movies this week) and I had all sorts of awful dreams about being chased by orcs and ringwraiths. I slept badly, and now I sort of feel like somebody has been pouring sand in my eyes.

  • Morning everyone.

I need some Advil and I don't have any.  My feet randomly feel like they're two sizes too big for my pinchy dress shoes for work.

[QUOTE]Sarah, that's kind of funny and bad at the same time. lol

I know it is. The funniest part is that the big epic battle in the dream took place in front of the Bellagio in Vegas. Actually, FI just woke up and I told him, and he laughed. Still wasn't fun while it was happening. Orcs are scary.

  • Good morning ladies :)

Last night FI and I had our first match for our community dodgeball league that we joined with some friends and I'm a little embarassed at how much fun I had.

This is why I'm so glad I can wear Rockports and Crocs to work. I hate, loathe, despise and detest my feet hurting.
  • Morning! It's toward the tail end of the week, and I'm stoked about that.

My mom is coming up tonight to hang out with me, which is also awesome.

Not awesome is that I haven't had a chance to study for my spelling bee.

  • I don't HAVE to wear heels, but honestly, I'm too lazy to hem every pair of my pants to wear flats.

I need to break down and just order a pair of new black comfortable heels.  I've been looking since, oh, October, but I can't commit.  Also, I have the world's largest blister in my arch from running, so I'm sure that's not helping my cause any.   Life would be much better if my feet weren't two completely different sizes!  Absolutely no pair of shoes fits me correctly.  :(

  • I'm wearing my new eggplant-colored suede knee high boots today. They are awesome, and very comfortable. Even if they weren't comfortable, I'd have to suffer through because they are so cute!

Sorry, it's the first pair of shoes (besides wedding shoes) I've bought in over a year. I got a little excited.
  • Fishy, when's your spelling bee again?

I love you Missy. Even though you are not smart enough to take online quizzes to find out really important information. ~cew

Brie - I have to work convention booths sometimes for my job which is just standing all.day.long and I love Naturalizer's N5 Comfort Technology line.  I don't know if you've tried them, but they're cute and pretty comfortable as dress shoes go.

  • Good Morning!

The weather is nasty, nasty here so I'm trying to not leave the house if at all possible.

Random Factoid of the day:  Last night I referred to "Poms" in another thread (thats what many Aussies call the English).  H explained more.  It's actually spelled POHMS and stands for Prisoners of His Majestys Service.  Who knew.

  • I'm dying for the Cole Haans.  They have them fairly cheap on 6pm.com.  I might just berak down and get a pair this morning.  It's about damn time.

  • Good morning, lovelies!

I've just realized that I won't, by any stretch of the imagination, be able to afford the photog I want.  Bummed and a little tired of looking at crappy wedding webistes.
  • Oh, if only it were that simple. But alas, that would just be the beginning of a shiitstorm. Now, if my mom also took a stand, we could get somewhere, but as long as she has her enabler, I don't think she'll ever change. I just ignore her as much as possible. She also complains about that, but there's not much she can do about it.

I just had this conversation with a friend from Adelaide a month or two ago when they were visiting us. Mr lil got all in a tizzy for a few moments because it's not the nicest thing to call someone from the UK... oh well. he got over it.

Today shouldn't be too horrible. I'm still sick and would like a few weeks off. methinks the long weekend should sort me out :)
