I signed my contract with a photographer who I thought would do a great job. We did our engagement session (very special location that I had to jump through hoops to get) and when I got the pictures back they were nothing like what I expected. They all look the same and there was no way they should have with this location. No one is happy with them and looking back the writing has been on the wall. They are almost impossible to get a meeting with and when I finally did they rushed me through my shot sheet to get to dinner making it like they understood what we wanted. Now they won't set a meeting with us though we have told them we're unhappy. I'm to the point I want to get away from them because they are not capable of doing a possible reshoot but I want a copy of the pictures they took in case I don't get a reshoot I'll at least have something. I'm not sure how to handle it because their contract mentions charges for services already rendered but nothing about dissatisifaction and they don't seem concerned at all that I'm not happy. Suggestions please?
