HPandtheDH deleted scenes

So FI and I finally bought DH part 1 on DVD last night and we're watching it today. 

One of the scenes I was really disappointed that they didn't use from the book was when Dudley was telling Harry bye and I found out today that it was one of the deleted scenes and now I'm super disappointed because they actually considered it and didn't use it. Ugh.

    I'm fighting whether I should pick it up or not. I want to buy the boxed set when the last one comes out....but I want it!

    I will be honest with you, I need to go back and read the books. I haven't read the first few and read the Deathly Hallows last summer.

    I've read tehm all so many times, I just can't do it again. I'm ready for it to be over I think. This series has been a part of my life for 10 years. It's time.

    I am not at all ready for it to be over. I feel like a part of me is dying.

    Some of the deleted scenes were kind of dumb, but there were a few that I felt were pretty crucial!

    I agree about the Dudley/Harry scene.  That was one of my fave parts of the book, and I really wish it was in the movie.  I remember missing that part when I saw it in the theater.  I'm so glad they included it in the deleted scenes, though!

    Are the deleted scenes only on the BluRay or are they on the DVD also?

    I watched them all on mugglenet.com, but I'm sure they're on the DVD as well.
