H has the opportunity to go to Singapore in 2 weeks, for 1 week. It is actually possible for me to get the time off for this trip AND tickets are the SAME price as going to NOLA. (which is kind of weird, imo).
Anyway, here is the breakdown of pro's and con's
- Most of the time in Singapore, I'd be on my own. H would be there for work and would be busy, even with dinners and other events.
- We'd probably only have one (maybe 2) weekends there together (S)
- NOLA would be a full 2 week trip, with some other traveling in the south thrown in for real vacationability.
- Singapore would be maybe 10 days, if we can swing it.
- I don't have very much money saved yet if we go to S
So, thoughts?
