Can you please share your water bottle label template? I have been trying to do exactly what you did with the border around your names and it's not working!

    Expat, did you put them in buckets of ice? I'm wondering how they'll hold up. I want some for welcome bags and some for the reception.

    The hotel staff took care of the chilling the water.  Yes, they put them in buckets of ice.  They held up perfectly, but the staff MAY have been babysitting the buckets (changing out the ice when it started to melt) since they were at the bar...

    Yes, that site is great!  We used the stickers for a bunch of stuff - the welcome basket and some of its contents, the surprise midnight snack* (which I unfortunately have no pictures of), and the water bottles.

    * Milk and cookies in the guests' rooms after the wedding.  If you'll have all/most of your guests at one hotel, I highly recommend having surprises delivered...  It makes a big, personal impact ;)
