So I'm jumping the gun a little and I have a dress picked out for my shower which will be in about a month or so. I love the dress but have no idea what to pair it with, in terms of tights & shoes. I don't have any colorful shoes, minus a pair of red heels which would NOT go with this dress. I really only have a few black heels and some black boots. And I only have black tights. Help a girl out?

Sorry for the crappy phone shot in my closet. So, any suggestions on shoes or tights? I'm not huge on really high heels, I'd like to keep them 2.5inches or so, or lower.
