Ok, so we're seriously looking at a group of about 20. My booking agent, Andrea_Lea, did some leg work today for Rosa Mexicano, and they said for a group that large, there are two options.

Chilled citrus marinated tuna and shrimp

Rolled crispy chicken tacos topped with salsa verde and sour cream

Salmon en Manchamanteles

Grilled organic salmon over black beans with zucchini and

roasted corn, mole of ancho chiles and tropical fruits.

 

Alambre de Camarones

Grilled shrimp marinated in garlic vinaigrette with onions, tomatoes, and

serrano peppers. Served over a bed of rice

 

Tacos de Carne Asada

Grilled marinated skirt steak in guajillo and pasilla chiles,with garlic and cumin, served with grilled scallions

Grilled cubes of beef tenderloin, chorizo sausage, onions tomatoes and

Serrano peppers.  Served in a tomato tomatillo chipotle sauce

Two soft corn tortillas filled with corn, chayote, mushrooms and spinach served in a mild tomato sauce.
