1. How do you keep your nail polish from chipping? I feel like mine chip WORSE with a top coat on. Do I just need a better top coat? Do you have one you recommend? I just ordered an OPI topcoat, so maybe that will be better.
2. Does anyone know where I can find12x12 unfinished wood frames for cheap? Something like this:
