A girl I graduated from high school with was found critically injured on Friday morning. It looks like she either jumped/fell or was pushed off the second floor of a parking garage and suffered critical head injuries when she hit the sidewalk.

T&Ps for her, please. Her family lives outside Buffalo and they are with her now, and I've heard through the grapevine she is still in ICU but she is responding to her doctors.

I know, can you imagine just living your day-to-day life and then suddenly ending up in the ICU for who knows how long with massive head injuries? I really hope she makes a full recovery and they can figure out exactly what happened.

I'm from Buffalo. That's why I ask. I only lived there until I was 3 months old but my family still lives up there.

Ah, okay. I wondered. My school is on the west side, but my dad's family mainly lives in the Williamsville area and I grew up in the East Aurora area. My parents no longer live in Buffalo, but I was there a year ago for my high school reunion.

Anyway, it's a Catholic school and therefore kind of small (we had a graduating class of 104) so obviously we all knew each other.
