What WAS my bestfriend her wedding is in about a month. Orginally I was bestfriends with her for about 4 or 5 years. Over time we started to grow apart but in a sense we still talked and we were bestfriends. Recentally since she started planning her wedding she has barely talked to me, I have gone above and beyond what I feel like I shoulda done to keep our friendship as I realized friendship works both ways. I am also engaged, and I feel like it's a race to her down the isle. But its not for me I got engaged last year and still am not getting married til May 2012. I went to her bridal shower, and NO ONE talked to me. None of her family and not even her, she did not even mail me an invition in the mail. She just informed me two days before hand. I have finally decided this is my last straw. Her family then threw her another bridal shower and I declined because of my work schdule. I'm so embrassed to go to the wedding since I am in it, and I don't want to feel awarked. I just wish things were different. I just feel if you don't talk to me you shouldn't get upset if I am busy or can't make it. Not one word to me since before the bridal shower she didn't even look at me. I just want some advice.
