FMIL requesting sitter for grandchild

Ok to begin, FI and I have a daughter, 5 months old. We have worked out our schedules to where we do not have to have a sitter for work, and we honestly enjoy doing most activities with her. I can do most anything, and do it well, with my 5 month old at my hip. My mother and FMIL each watch her on average 1 day a week for a few hours. That's cool, they beg for it, because she is the only grandchild on both sides. Well, the other day, my FMIL said we needed to get someone to watch daughter during our wedding (1 yr away) so everyone can enjoy it. Keep in mind, this is a small outdoor wedding, and I want my child involved, if I have to hold her hand! I just didn't know what prompted this, as we do not "pawn" our child off on her or anyone else, she is our responsibility, and I planned on keeping with that the day of our wedding as well. It just felt like, an entire year ahead of time she was saying, "By the way I'm not watching her."  And that's cool, the day of, when she wants to show off with baby, I will respond with something along the lines of, "No." lol. What do you think?
