We just ordered our custom cake topper (Fi's one and only request for wedding decor...) and I didn't see the rush option until after I ordered it, or the fact that it doesn't come with a base, you have to order it separately. I emailed two people to find out how to get it on a rush order, so hopefully we get it in time for the wedding.

Are you May 8th? I almost made a huge mistake. We placed a 'save the date' on our cake like 9 months ago. I figured I should go ahead and check on it. Well, I thought we had ordered the cake and paid a deposit. The deposit was just to save the date. Yesterday was 30 days out. Yeah, they don't take checks after 30 days, so we had to use a debit card (been using checks for everything) and finalize the flavors. I thought I had really screwed up. Oh yeah, have to order the stupid looking cake topper too. (FI choice).

4 more weeks! In all seriousness, i can't wait, but these little details are kicking my butt! I forgot about so many thngs lol. At least the big stuff is done.

Oh and we are May 15th. FI really wanted a custom military topper, and I think it's pretty cute but a little overpriced for my taste. But he's proud of what he does, and so am I, so I obliged. What is your topper?

Fi likes this one: I think it's weird because it's not in the middle, we're not having a beach wedding and I HATE feet.




He wanted this one and I liked the name of it (curvy bride and big and tall groom-he's super tall), but she looks sooo uninterested.

For B&G toppers I like super traditional ones.

Haha yes it is!! And the 13th is the best day to graduate. Probably why I'm taking out my stress on a cake topper.
