I love how this is causing such violent reactions of either love or hate. I am firmly on team love. I think I'd make my cookie dough layer thinner because I don't like cookie dough that much, but I've had a cake made of one layer brownie and one layer funfetti before, and it was delicious.

I know, crazy right? Well I am more along the lines of what you said about the mixture of too many things at once. In general I hate too many mixtures of flavors. remember, this is ALSO the girl who loves all things on the plate to stay away from the other foods. ;)

FI's birthday is next week.  I *might* just have to make one of these….  I also think I'd make the cookie dough layer a lot thinner-more as if it were frosting between the cake layers.  I'm definitely on team LOVE, even it means only taking 1 bite…or 2..or 3…hahaha

I'm..... conflicted.

Probably because I'd have no help in eating this. J doesn't care for brownies, and his buddy is doing some Kosama or something bodyshaping working.
J will eat funfetti cake (I've just made my first one), and he'll devour lemon cake (I made one after the disappointment on his face when he realized funfetti was only vanilla), but the brownie and raw eggless dough would send him running.

And I don't dare make it for my mom. So, no one to share it with.

I want two bites.  This is the kind of thing I'd order at a restaurant with like three friends and all share, and still not finish.  But it would be the best two bites of our lives.

Georgia - it has a bottom layer of a brownie. Middle layer of eggless chocolate chip cookie dough, unbaked. Top layer is one 8 inch round of funfetti cake, then iced with vanilla icing and decorated with baked chocolate chip cookies and the canned fudge icing (the kind you spray)

I bet it would be better with homemade buttercream icing....otherwise, I want a piece. Now.
