Questions to ask the reception venue?

Not sure if I'm posting this in the right forum or not, but FI and I have our first meeting at one of the reception halls tomorrow.  What type of questions should we ask them?  I've got the basics down but I want to make sure I don't forget anything.  Thanks!

One thing I would really focus on is any extra/hidden charges.  Adding a 20 percent gratuity on all food and beverage is pretty standard, as is having a minimum dollar amount.  But when we looked at some venues, we found there were cake cutting fees (sometimes over $2 per slice), dance floor set up fees, mandatory security guard fees, etc.  If a place does charge for things like this, you want to make sure you budget for it so you aren't surprised later.
