I jumped the gun and sent STDs to people I'd rather not have attend.  I'm stuck, right?  Of course right!

I was in the process of switching jobs, so in the process, invited old coworkers, who I ironically still would LOVE to have come.  It's the current co-workers who I prematurely invited and can't stand.  In fact, I can't wait to leave the job.

Any guidance, besides sucking it up?  I'm braced for it......!!!  Thanks, ladies....

Yeah. Gotta suck it up, buddy. STD = invite.

You do have to give the invite, but if you prefer to have nothing to do with the coworkers or change jobs, they will hopefully decline your invitation. Good luck.

It might be an unpopular opinion, but if you quit before the wedding and you'll never see these people again, I think you could skip the invites.  If you're still working there, though, you're stuck.  Not sending an invite after a STD is basically a friendship-ending move, but if you'll never see these people again, that's basically the case, right?  But as PP said, its also likely they won't come anyway.

I think they won't come...at least I hope not.  It's such an awkward thing, and I could kick myself for jumping the gun like that.  What a boneheaded move.
