Loopy, you were brave enough to start an evening thread! Hah. I have plans to see some friends tonight. I'm hoping to go visit one of my friends in the next two weeks because her yellow had puppies. She just texted me and said the puppies aren't old enough to be cuddled yet, but as soon as they are I can go visit. PUPPIES!

Hi Loopy. Going out to dinner for FI's bday tonight as he's busy with stuff the rest of the weekend. I'm going to be cleaning as my mom just announced that she's coming for a visit in the next couple of weeks.

I am going to be an old lady and probably go to bed early tonight. FI and I are watching the Olympics from last night.

Erin - I'm jealous of your future puppy cuddling. I don't think I've ever held really young pups before.

I'm pounding chicken breasts, raging at the insensitivity of Blue's cousins on FFF and trying to get in touch with FI about our BM's SIL.

Also, Mother Nature is a tease...all black and scary outside and nada on the rain, wind and hail.

I was wondering who was going to start this, and when. I wa definitely one of the ones who don't like coming in to a thread hundreds of posts long. I do sometimes, but most of the times I don't.

H and I are meeting Snippy and her H in Richmond tomorrow. I'm excited!

Then we'll probably go to King's Dominion on Sunday. We've only got a few more weeks on our season pass so we want to definitely use them.

I didn't know it was brave to start a night thread.

I love puppies.  One of the swissy breeders I know has a litter due soon.  I can't wait to cuddle puppies .

I don't like to come too late into the thread either. This summer I worked till 6 and it seemed like so many nights by the time I got to the computer the thread would be 5 or more pages long. I would just not post most times.

MK's sig makes me want to cuddle puppies even more.

Hello.  I only have like 45 minutes left of work. Yay!  I get to visit my parents this weekend and cuddle puppies. Right now my parents have 7 of them and they should just be old enough for me to cuddle and fawn over.  I'm excited.  Then I get to go to a friend's going away party.

Lizzie, Mother Nature is a tease here too.  Right now we have fall weather with temps in the 70-80s. Next week it will probably jump back up to 100, and still no rain.

I'll still probably start night threads at 5:30 EST if I'm really, really bored. I still maintain that people don't have to read the whole thread if they come in later, just what's relevant to what people are currently talking about.

Just got in from visiting my Nana a bit ago and I'm leaving in a little bit to go to FI's. We're going out to dinner tonight, which we never get to do, so that's nice. Not sure where we're going, but I'm going to suggest Cheesecake Factory.

Evening, folks. H is making dinner. He just came home with two extra chairs for our kitchen table, so we invited my parents over for dinner on Sunday. I need to figure out what to make.

Puppies are great! Cute little balls of fluff.  I'm trying to figure out if I want to go to a bar that I've never been to later to hang out mostly with people I don't know.  Probably won't, but I'm trying to expand my social skills.  Also got sample invitations in the mail so I'm opening envelopes like Christmas came early.

I have packed nothing for the week down the shore. I was supposed to start Wednesday. Whoops. And I left all of my favorite shoes at FI's shore house, so I'm not sure if I'll be able to get them for this week or not.
