Thank You Notes--Handwrite the Address?

Should the address on the envelope be handwriten, or is it OK to use address labels? My fiance' want to use the labels, but I'm thinking that looks tacky.

It takes 30 seconds to handwrite the address.  Do it.

What differentiates an average host and a great host is anticipating unexpressed needs and wants of their guests.  Just because the want/need is not expressed, doesn't mean it wouldn't be appreciated.
