    I see nothing wrong with what you are planning.  It's nice to see someone actually planning a 10 year vow renewal, instead of a 1 year PPD because they want to get married quick for benefits or something.

    I will also just add that you shouldn't register for gifts either.  As long as you aren't doing this as a gift-getting event, I think there is nothing wrong with it.

    Yes, no gifts or registry. However if people feel the need to give us gifts, and my family can be pushy about that, I will request that they sent money to a charity of my husband's and my choosing.
