I have a relative on my side that has been difficult to say the least. It was over our not invited distant relatives. She RSVP'd that she is attending and her gift (a check) arrived early.
I dont want it. Can I take it to her bank and give it to them to dispose of?
I dont want anything from her after all the confusion she stirred up. I just want to stop the back and forth by not accepting the gift.
Ill stiil be fine to greet her on our big day and not be mad afterwards. But I find all the nastiness was not supprotive of us and I dont want the gift now.
Is returning the check the end like kicking a bridesmaid out?
