Big Day timeline-suggestions?

Hi everyone,
  Here is what I have set up so far for the timeline the day we get married. I am a little stressed that pictures will take 1 hour for Groom+I, and Groom+I with bridal party, and family will take 15 minutes.  I don't want to miss an hour and 15 minutes of our reception. And no, we can not do pictures before the ceremony (we agreed we don't want to see each other until I walk down the aisle), and we are getting married at noon so there is no time.  Should I extend the reception or take it for what it is? Here's what I have...and thank you for your help in advance!!!

12:00pm Ceremony

 

12:30pm Wedding party Pictures with the bride and groom

                        -Cocktail hour for the rest of the guests

 

1:30pm Food served

 

1:45pm DJ announces Aaron+Jenna, wedding party

 

1:50pm Bride+Groom First dance; Father/Daughter, Mother/Son dance

 

2:05pm Best Man and Maid of Honor make toasts

 

2:15pm Dancing

 

3:45pm Wedding Cake Cut and served, toast from Bride+Groom

 

4:00pm More Dancing

 

4:50pm Last Dance announced, DJ makes announcement about Afterparty

 

5:00pm Reception over

 

5:00pm Limo brings wedding party back to Hotel/Aaron+Jenna’s to get their cars (2 trips)

You guys should be announced before food is served.  Your guests shouldn't start eating before you are there.  If your cocktail hour is 12:30-1:30, the reception starts at 1:30 and that should start with your introduction.  Then you can have food served. 

I would suggest doing as many pictures without seeing each other before the ceremony as you can.  One hour won't be enough for everything.  We didn't see each other before the ceremony but I did the pics with my BMs and my Mom and MIL before the ceremony and then my H did the pics with his guys and our dads before the ceremony.  That way all that was left to do while the guests were at the cocktail hour was group pictures and bride/groom pictures.

Sorry I forgot to mention that the photographer will have 30 minutes with the groom and groomsmen at the venue before the ceremony. And he will be at my mom's with the girls while we are getting ready for 2 hours also....

Over here, one of our biggest music events is called 'Big Day Out', which is coming up next week near where I live. When I saw your title, for some reason I presumed that you were presenting the schedule of events you were going to see at the Big Day Out, haha.
