So, I mentioned it on Monday, but the owner of my company was shocked when I told him I had yet to recieve a formal job description and told me to write my own. I have an inkling that this may lead to a review/raise. (Or at least i'm crossing my fingers for that).
The thing is, I've never had a formal job description given to me before. I'm googling them, but they're so different. I need a jumping off point.
Can anyone help?
