I agree Georgia - there's like a 4 year waiting period from the beginning books to the end with age appropriateness.

I have 1000 books in my to-read list.  If that EVER gets down to zero, I might add twilight.  Until then, priorities.

P2, they totally get progressively better. I don't know if it's because by then you're invested, or there's less background building or what. A lot of people say the 3rd book is their favorite in the series. If I HAD to choose, I'd probably say #4 and #7 are my faves.

Fish, my H started Killing Floor. So far, he seems engrossed. He's a slow reader, though, so it'll take him until the end of next week to finish probably. But he seems to like it so far!!

The third one is my favorite! I just hae a special place in my heart for those characters you get introduced to in the book. The plotlines get progressively deeper, more serious and more involved, but the third book is the first one where you start to get a larger picture of the history of the wizarding world.
