Who lifts the veil at the ceramony??

My sister and I just finshed my DIY veil today and it is beautiful!!  I plan on wearing one layer over my face as I walk down the aisle. 

Who lifts the veil over my head and when?  Does my father lift it when he "gives me away" or do I wear it thorugh the ceramony and my groom llifts it before the kiss?

    I just wore the blusher back. Partially because I didn't want anyone to "give me away" and because it looked better that way. And I'm sure it would have felt funny on my face.
