budget friendly outdoor venue..?!??

Hello!

My fiance and I are newly engaged are just starting to look for an outdoor space to host our ceremony and reception on the same site. We'd like to have the wedding in September, or October of 2010 but we're not held to any dates. Ultimately, we'd love to get married on a vineyard, or a historic type place in the NJ/NY/PA area. Does anyone know of any budget friendly locations?

Thanks!

The Manor has beautiful outdoor space and is one of the more reasonable venues I've found in the area.

We're doing a church ceremony and then reception at Sayen House and Gardens (sayengardens.org) and it's really affordable; they also do cermeonies there outside.  Gorgeous space in Hamilton, NJ, near Princeton in central NJ.
