AW: Robert Wayne Photography Pro Pics

I can officially update my vendor review: For those of you thinking about using Robert Wayne or who have already booked, you're making a good decision! He was great to work with, and we love the results!  There are 1400 more pictures, but he put his favorites into a slideshow for easy viewing.  Plus, he does the initial album design and all I have to do is go in and make edits. (Which, of course, will take a long time, but at least the process has begun!)

giantsgirl and shan- I got my headband, veil, and jewelry from Etsy.  I knew I wanted a ribbon headband so my head wouldn't hurt, and I am so glad I did! My stylist just tied a knot and put a few pins in, and it stayed all night!  Here's the link.

Wow, you look stunning.  Those portraits of you prior to the ceremony are just spectacular.

We recently booked Robert Wayne Photography too so I'm anxious to see more of his work; thanks for posting this.

Those photos are ok and glad you like them. Am I the only one that expected more considering all the rave reviews he gets on this board?

First let me say I love your photos.  You, your gown, everything looked beautiful.  And it looks like the Westmount did a top drawer job for you.

We were also Robert Wayne Photography and I loved what he did for us too.  We're in the final stages of designing our album now; cant wait!

@ bereasonable; I don't know what the deal is with you.  How do you not tell a recent bride that her photos look beautiful?!?  From what I can tell based on prior posts, you don't like ANY other photographer's style but your own.  Hmmm, me thinks I smell a vendor in disquise?

I agree.. first your pictures are beautiful...secondly, the reason his name is mentioned often is because he does a very good job and is budget friendly. I wish I knew about him before I booked our photographer. I probably could have had similar photos (and maybe he would have actually taken the photos from my must have list I asked him to) for about $2k less,,and maybe a better attitude on the wedding day as well.

bereasonable2 - since ur clearly a photographer, why dont you post ur work so we can all tell u how crappy it is as well

Pfft! What an A-hole.  Moderator, why isn't "Keeping it Real" banned and/or deleted from this board by now?  I've only followed this board a little while and have already seen any number of incendiary posts from someone who is clearly a photographer/vendor.  They should not only be banned but all of their past posts removed.

It's one thing to say you don't like the work of one photographer or another in a general thread about photographers, but to be critical of a bride's photographer when she's open enough to share her own images here on TK?!?  That's not being real nor is it simply having a different opinion; it's positively rude and there's no place for it.

BTW, Adelerose, I liked all of your images and still think your bridal portraits in particular are some of the most beautiful I've ever seen.  Wow!

Actually my photographer took great images and our wedding is going to be featured in an upcoming issue of Manhattan Bride. If u want to know who I used it isnt that hard to use the search function and find out (but that may be a bit advanced for you and ur tiny brain)

My point was, as someone who just wanted nice pictures I could have gotten that using a photographer like Robert Wayne and saved money. I love my photos but love saving money more. Oh and my photographer just didnt take images of a few items I asked him to (placecard table, programs, etc) he didnt miss any individual photos and I wont even bother w/ ur stupid comment about the bride and groom looking at each other. Like I said....since ur so awesome and know everything about photography and weddings...put ur money where ur mouth is and show us ur work, tell us ur vendors, show us ur wedding pics or STFU

bereasonable- It's too bad that you aren't a fan of Robert Wayne, but at least you don't have to use him or look at his pictures if you don't want to.  To each her own.  I'm happy with the choice I made and think I got exactly what I wanted (and more!) for the price I wanted to pay.
