Skin Bar & Paint...Do we like them for hair?

I've read lots of good reviews on Jilyan Scarpa for makeup, but are they good for hair? Is it Jilyan who actually does the hair?

    Jillyan does not do the hair, she has an associate Jamie who works with her that does the hair.   I used her for my wedding and she did a wonderful job.  For my trial, she did a few different styles that I thought I might like and I chose the one I liked best.  The day of, she did a great job and my hair lasted all day/night and I fell asleep before taking it out and the next day it was still not too bad!  lol

    That was my exact question earlier this week.  I have my trial on Friday afternoon for hair and make-up, so I'll let you know how that goes.

    I did a trial for both.  While the make-up was excellent, I did not care for the hair at all.  They did my hair first, it took the girl 2 full hours for a simple half-up, half-down style, and in the end it was not fully done (didn't even curl or blow out my bangs).  Plus it didn't even hold through the make-up trial, my hair had little bump and it started to spilt.

    I think Jamie was out on maternity when I went for the trial, so I'd definitely make sure you request her for yours because the girl I had was awful.  So sorry but I can't remember her name, I want to say it was Elizabeth or something.

    I LOVED them for hair and makeup! Jill is great and her hairstylist Jamie is wonderful as well. Highly highly highly recommend using them!
