Winter Wedding 2010

I am getting married December 18, 2010 in Central NJ.  I am looking for:

1. a reasonable cupcake baker (for formal cupcakes - not Sesame Street)
2.  a reasonable florist for bridal bouquet
3. I am doing a WINTER (not holiday) theme...does anyone have a wedding favor idea in harmony with the theme?

I am having a December 2010 wedding too.  For favors, you could do snowflake cookies, or an all-white candy bar.  We also considered silver snowflake wine bottle stoppers, but we ultimately decided on a donation.

What do you consider "reasonable"? That might help us suggest places.

    1. I *love* the cupcakes at The Petite Cafe in Nutley. They're $3 apiece but they said to me that they would probably do a bulk discount for orders over 100 cupcakes.

    2. see a few posts below

    3. With any theme, I wouldn't overdo it or else it'll look stupid. Maybe an ice blue, silver and cream color scheme? A few subtle wintery things (snowflake, winterish tree, etc.) on the cake, favors or stationery?

I used Santos in Newark for my flowers. Manny is great and I loved my flowers.
