Maui/Kauai Honeymoon

We are planning to spend our honeymoon in Hawaii, probably 5 nights on Kauai and 7 nights on Maui.  But we're having a really hard time picking a hotel ... this is what happens when you give me too many options - lol. 

Any hotel recs from my fellow knotties that have been to Muai and/or Kauai before?

    [QUOTE]We stayed at the Fairmont in Maui and Hyatt in Kauai.  I would highly recommend both.  Rooms/service were great.  Both had great restaurants in the resort and nearby.  Beaches/pools were awesome.
