Figtree Productions is the photographer we used. We were really happy with them.
I also liked CLB Photography, David Lau and Laura Bruen.

We hired Matt for our wedding back in April and we were 100% pleased. He's an awesome guy, we love our photos and we're very satisfied with what we paid and what we got in our package.

Do you know how much you want to spend? And what you want your package to include (album, full rights to your photos, etc.)? That will help people give you better responses.

I loved elizabeth Millay but she is not available for my day.

I want something traditional but also with a little romantic candid twist.  I dont have a specific amount and I am willing to spend a little more for a photographer whose work I love.

It would help to know what style appeals to you and what your budget is. That said . . .

Robert Wayne Photography.  Full day coverage, a beautiful high-end photo album, two parent albums and it worked out to less than $3k.  And we love his photographic style.

We're with Robert Wayne Photography also.  A great creative eye, stunning albums, and he's priced right.

That said, this question has been asked many times and you may want to just do a search on the forum.

Jessica Lauren Photography in Saddle Brook.  She is absolutely amazing (only some of my pics are in my bio and my favs are even more gorgeous than those), listens, is creative, and we found her packages reasonable and easy to customize.  We ended up picking a package that was around $3800 and included e-pics, an album, 2 parents' albums, 2 folios, thank you cards, and 2 photographers.

I didn't notice your comment before adding my earlier post.  Definitely give Robert Wayne Photography a look.  He's not quite as edgy as Millay, but I would describe his style as classically romantic.  It may just be what you're looking for.

I am also looking for a photographer. My budget is about $3500 for coverage, digitals and 4x6 proofs. I definitely like a more artistic, photo-journalistic style but hoping to stay around this budget. 

Any suggestions would be helpful!
