Invite question

Ok so today I get an invite to a wedding in Oct addressed to Jen K and guest...this may be a dumb question but do I mail it back with our names indivdually or wait 11 days and write Mr and Mrs ? This is going to the grooms parents home so I dont want there to be a mix  up of who the invite is from ..things that make you go hmmmm...

    I would put Mr. and Mrs. on the card and then maybe in parenthesis your maiden name so their is no confusion.
