Does anyone have any suggestions for a non-religious/civil officiant in Phoenix, AZ?

    Danieliza is correct, however call your local Unitarian Universalist church.  The folks there will tailor a ceremony to fit your needs.  That church welcomes all, atheist, agnostic, Pagan, Humanist, Christian, Jewish, etc.
