    exfoliate and moisturize prior.

    exfoliate tonight and again tomm in the shower. after shower tommorow, no deodorant/lotion/spray/anything. and use a very light soap in the shower so there's no residue on your body before you're sprayed.afterwards, do not get wet at all (not even sweating). every place will tell you something different, but i don't shower for at least 10 hrs after i get sprayed. by then, you'll be pretty orange a la george hamilton but that will wash off once you shower.
