One/Two Night Quick Getaways Recs

So FI and I decided since I am nuts, that maybe its best if we get away before the wedding so I stop scratching my body up from stress itches (oh and the giant pimples on my face also come about too).We want to go away (on the cheaper end) just for a quick drivable weekend one day two at the max to some place calm with good food and drinks.  Any Reccos?

Angel of the Sea is our fave b&b in cape may. If you can wait till Sept 11, the rates go down to 155 a night for a standard (and that included breakfast, wine and cheese, and dessert and tea). Right now I believe they are 175. But FI and I usually go on my spring break. Its quiet and cheap (like 95 a night) at that time.

Even though I'm still mad at you, I'll give my recs.  lol  If it's two or maybe three nights, just get in the cahhh' and go to Boston.  I love it there. If you're trying to stay closer...there's a great little place called King and I Guest House in Point Pleasant.  It's so quaint and quiet, and the owner, Eva, keeps the rooms beautifully decorated, very clean, and stocks them up with goodies for you!  It's a big, victorian home with a wraparound porch, and you get your floor all to yourself...so you can enjoy sunrise/set from the swing on the porch.  She and her husband are great people.

Prices in wildwood and cape may go down in sept. I like the Reges hotel in wildwood crest. Outdoor heated pool overlooking the beach.

We went to Philly a couple of weeks ago.  I had never really gone.  It was really fun.  All we mostly did was go to a game and eat and drink.  It was nice and relaxing.  I got a great deal on rooms through Priceline as well.
