Is this your gift to them? I don't see dress, but I am assuming it is black because of your crystal options. My girls are wearing black and I am letting them wear whatever they want to individualize their look. Definitely sparkly then. If they already have diamond or blingy earrings let them wear those and you could always do a swarovski necklace.

Definitely something blingy. I love the classic look of diamond studs and a diamond pendant for bridesmaids. Obviously they don't have to be diamonds though. You can get some really pretty cubic zirconia sets. I saw a few on overstock.com the other day.
