Reba's Bridal on Bergenline Ave..

Totally sucks!!! My bridesmaid went to have her fitting today and the told her that she'd have to pay for her alterations after they gave me a price that included alterations. Meanwhile on the contract it even says that alterations are included (they hand wrote it) and now they wont honor it. When the dresses came in my girls paid the money and took the dresses home. They were told to call a couple months before the wedding to make their appointments for fittings. Now they wont honor the "alterations included."

I did not enjoy going there for bridal gowns, not much selection and the salesperson did not really listen at all to what I said I liked.

When my Aunt was getting married we got our dresses from there. They did throw in alterations, but were extremely mean to my older sister. She is on the heavier said and they told her it would just be easier for her not to be in the wedding then to deal with getting a dress. After making a few other comments my sister was so upset that she spoke to the owner. They ended up doing all the work on her dress for free.

I got my wedding gown there and really had no problem. The only thing is that I really feel that they sold me the sample and made me pay full price. The only reason I say that is because when I went for my fittings I could never find the dress on the racks but I can't prove it and my wedding was 5 months ago so no big deal. I still loved my dress!

My gown is sitting in that shop right now. After ordering it and it coming in, I was having second thoughts about whether I loved the dress so I called and asked if I could go in and try it on again. they had no problem with it, but after I was there the salesperson did not lace up the dress (it's a corset) and just held either the top of the dress which made the bottom big, or vice versa. I found it very upsetting that I spent all this money there and they couldn't even lace the dress up for me. I went again yesterday actually because I needed to know by this weekend if I am ordering a new dress and the sales person Daniella is fantastic. She laced up my dress and held it in all the right places since it still was big after the lacing. I had my girls order from another salon though because I was so dissatisfied with their service. Unfortunately though, my dress is there and the alterations are paid for, but I am not very happy with them either.

Totally agree that they suck!!! Was in my friend's wedding beginning of August - when I went for what was supposed to be my 2nd fitting and to pick up the dress if nothing further was needed the woman was like oh it's pressed I'll get it for you and mark that you picked it up. Basically pushed me out of the store. Found out that some of the other girls in the BP had problems with their dresses (fortunately I didn't) but they didn't cut the bottom of the sash on the one girls at all and there were other issues too.
