This part would make me a bit concerned:Are you insured? Yes! Equipment and Errors and Omissions. Um... that totally doesn't answer the question in a way that would help a potential client.  So if their equipment breaks, their insurance will pay them back.  If they double-book for your date and don't show up, E&O covers them (for example) to clean your dress so you can get dressed up and take fake pictures the next day.  What good do these coverages do the customer really?  Also, this leads me to believe that they do not have the liability coverage that many venues require?  Ask your venue if they require insurance, and make sure that the photographers have the right kind.

OK thanks, honestly I need to get better at this & figure out the right questions to ask!  I'm meeting with them in about a week so I'll make a list to ask them.  Thanks again!

so weird!  I never heard of them, but 10 minutes ago I ran into my downstairs neighbor (engaged) & she was thinking of using them.

haha funny, they have a lot of good reviews on linked.  They're pictures to me look pretty good & I like that they're a male & female team, one is traditional the other journalistic.  I'm meeting with them next weekend, I'll led you ladies know what I think.  FI & I are taking my FMIL with us, she's really good at asking all the right questions.
