Rehearsal Dinner....Where to have it?

Hi Everyone,My finace and I are getting married in Florham Park, NJ. We have started to investigate possible rehearsal dinner spots near our location or in the northern NJ area. We are looking for suggestions!! If you have any ideas let us know!

Someone on here had suggested "the venue" in madison to me, our ceremony is at Drew University and I had a tough time finding a place because FI's parents were kind of picky and had a lot of demands and since they are paying for it we had to accommodate. So we settled on Heritage Grill in Denville. Hope that helped.

Florham park you have a lot of great towns to pick from. Morristown you have grasshopper, george and marthas I believe they have private rooms. In Summit you have La strada, marco polo among others. You also have Livingston not far. There may even be a nice place in Florham Park, but I am not all that familar with Florham Park and the restaurants.

what type of food do you want? If you are looking for something specific (italian, french, sushi, american) that would help narrow down the suggestions. And what price range?There is a great sushi restaurant on Eisenhower Parkway in Livingston called Zen. Also some restaurants in Livingston Town Center. If you dont mind traveling a little there is Black Horse Inn (Dont remember what town its in-Chatham maybe). There used to be a really good Hibachi restaurant in Florham Park but I have no idea if it is still there. Right on Columbia Tpk near the starbucks.
