I went bridesmaid dress shopping this weekend and here were the results... what do you think?? They would be in royal/colbot blue

They are very similar! I guess I would pick #1 without trying them on. I would be worried the "off the shoulder" of #2 would be uncomfortable or would keep slipping down or something.

Did the BMs get to try them on? What did they think? Or, you could offer the girls a choice and they could each get what they prefer from these two (in the same fabric and color). Plus, they look so similar that I doubt anyone would really notice the difference.

I like 2 better but I have a feeling 1 will be flattering on more body types. Can you have your girls try them on. They are so similar that I would go with what looks best on the most of them or let them pick.

I would pick #1, it appears to be most flattering for all body types, the second one draws attention to the waist and for large chested girls they may spill out of the off the shoulder top. But they are both very similar.

The store only had #1... the girls tried it on and seemed very comfotable in them. The store did not have #2 but that was the dress I went in there looking for... trying to see if I should try to hunt it down and find a store that has it.

Very true ladies... pretty much all my bridesmaids are large chested so maybe #1 is better for them.#1- SB collections#2- Jasmine

Agree with CVL105-the off the shoulder could be a annoying. They are very similar-I would go with #1

Speaking as a large chested girl I think the rouching (sp?) and neckline on dress #1 would tend to accentuate the chest more than dress #2. That type of neckline always does well for me.

I like #2 but if you said that the girls seemed comfortable with #1 then why try to hunt other down? Did they like number #1? I'm going BM shopping this Saturday and I hope I can go in and out and pick a dress at first appointment.

Both are beautiful. I like #2 a little more but if they are large chested, #1 might be more comfortable with the full strap as opposed to off the shoulders.

I wanted to update you all that I went shopping again today and found the blue dress (#2) didn't look as good on!! But we found a dress and the order is in. Thanks for all of your help!!!
