Invitation?

So I guess it's my turn for the annoying, you're way over thinking this invitation question. Trust me I know how stupid this is going to sound, but I'm seriously worried about this.I have pocket invites and the insert cards are tiered so you can see the header for each card. The reply envelope does not fit horizontally into the pocket, only vertically. So when I put it in it will be hidden behind the last insert card. (Here's a pic if you need a visual. http://entertainment.webshots.com/photo/2536849770105066535nkqNlLMy question is, do you think people will pull everything out of the pocket and see the reply envelope back there or will they think that we didn't include an envelope?

I usually pull everything out of the pocket to see all the details so I think they would see it.

Im sure people will see it, but what if you put the flap of the rsvp envelope around your tallest card, would the 3 lower cards hide the envelope flap? (i hope what i just said makes sense).

Seabass don't feel silly I have the same issue and question. I guess Im just going to put it behind the RSVP card. Really no other alternative and common sense would tell guests the envelope is there. Yes I realize alot of people do lack common sense. lol

I actually put mine right behind the RSVP card. You could see the envelope, but I think it looked fine.

I wanted to do it that way chelsea but it wont fit. It has to go long ways. So if I put it right behind the reply card it would be blocking the rest of the inserts.

oh bummer....it must be just slightly too big huh?  I think you'll be fine sticking it behind. I'm sure people will know to look for it!

yeah it's just a little too big and I can't shove it in there without wrinkling the envelope. D&T ~ I'm not sure if this is exactly what you suggested but do you think this looks OK with the envelope flap over all of the inserts? (sorry if it's hard to see)

sorta... don't wrap it around all the inserts.. just the tallest (back) one and put the other 3 inserts in front of it

My friend had hers in the back...I found it. =) I think most people will look for the envelope. But I think putting the flap around the back card is also a good idea. Maybe just for your intellectually challenged friends, haha.

exactly.. that's what i was thinking... if they pull out all the inserts, the envelope will be wrapped around one of them making it harder for the "intellectually challenged" to miss it.  I probably read into this too much also, but I was thinking the same thing when I was putting my invites together.

Seabass, I had the same concern, I ended up putting it behind the top 3 insert cards, so that you could not see the point of the flap, I felt it was a little more elegant that way. Or you can just put it behind the tallest one as PP suggested but let the flap hang out so others know it is in there. Here is what I did so you can see what I am talking about...Hope this helps!

OMG! Your invitation is adorable! I like the flap over the 3. Think I might go this route to give me peace of mind.

I had the same issue when I started stuffing my invitations. The reply envelope wouldn't fit horizontally. I stuck it in vertically behind the taller inserts so you couldn't see it when you first opened the pocketfold, and it didn't take away from the neat, clean look. People found the envelope without a problem.
