In all of your planning, which vendor did you find yourself less concerned with the price tag and more concerned about really good quality?

I guess I was price concieous with everything really....but spent a little more on photographer than I originally wanted.

We found ourselves spending more on the photographer/video than we had thought we would. We decided that would help us capture the memories of the day so we wanted the best we could find. )

flowers for sure...she even went over and above what we had spent....she's amazing! i would have also said my photographer but im 100000% happy w/ mine and she hooked us up on price b/c we were close friends w/ my DJ who recommended her...so we saved alot on DJ and photog.

Our band. We were this close to going with a less expensive band, but music is really important to us and we decided to splurge a little. We lucked out with our photographer though. I was willing to spend more on it but we ended up getting a really good deal for the photographer we really wanted so it worked out.

Definitely photo/video...we budgeted the most for this (besides venue) and we agreed that it was the most important because God knows the day is just going to go by in a blur.

i'd like to say photography since it's my real love, but i actually didn't spend that much here (yet got excellent work).  i splurged on my location.  excellent food and atmosphere meant everything to me.

Reception hall, dress, photog, flowers (though I spent a decent amount, we got a fantastic deal), and cake. I splurged on a lot but it was all worth it.

right now the splurge is on dj considering some of the prices i have seen posted on boards. but after watching my sister's wedding video i know they will be worth every penny. im pretty sure my photg/videographer are an average price
