We are taking my cousin form SC out to eat. We all like a fun atmosphere with great food but for a great value. There are so many hidden places that fit this description. Why cant I think of any. Please help me:)

Carmine's in Theatre District or Upper West Side... Fun atmosphere, huge, family-style portions, good value. Not exactly "hidden" but a good choice, I'd think, for an out-of-town guest.

Simply Pasta- I think it's on 41st near Times Square - italian Vynl- 50th and 8th? Awesome burgers, great atmosphere
