im using JB lighting to do a spotlight on the cake so it stands out in the room.   i am thinking about doing some lighting in the room and i know some of you have used him.i have a band who has lighting as part of their playing. do you think that the band plus room lighting will be tacky? this might be overkill..but im not sure.thanks

    I had both and it was  fine. The band lighting was more like spot lights and lighting on the dance floor.

    Ditto pp. We're going to have both room and band lighting too. I'd ask Jim what he thinks as well. I'm sure he has seen it done before. GL!

    Band lighting has nothing to do with having the lighting to go around the whole room. You guys will love it! Do the lighting around the room as well!
