Makeup trial- is it too much or just enough??

First of all- thank you for keeping me busy these past few weeks! I finally realized how helpful this Board is- and it keeps me from being bored at work (sorry for the terrible pun...) Get used to my name b/c I'm sticking around haha.I posted a few days ago how I wasn't sure how I thought of my makeup trial- I got it done right before my e-pics and since I just got them back I thought I'd ask the pros for your thoughts! I also contacted Jeanine Mangan and she is booked- and Gina Brozon hasn't gotten back to me yet. So let me know your thoughts- is the makeup too much??     I don't think it's too much at all. It looks very pretty. Your wedding day makeup shouldnt look like everyday makeup. (I posted my makeup trial pics below and it was very blah/everyday)

    i think it looks great - I am a fan of a smokey eye - nice pics too :) Who did you go to for trial?

    Ok thanks for the reassurance! I went to FaceFX- Josie. Others agreed it seemed like a lot when they went to her- but I think it looks good in the pictures. I am always unsure on everything though... Love, love smokey eyes but cannot ever do them on my own! Then again, I just throw some eye shadow and mascara on in the morning and that's about it- so having a lot of makeup on takes some getting used to.And I do love the pictures! Some though I am making weird faces- and I realize how much I need to get to the gym and work my arms!

    I think it looks great. And the pics are really great too.  I cant wait to do mine but FI is set onwaiting until march or April. As much as we all love the way it looks you have to feel beautiful and love it.  If you were uncomfortable go for another trial for a comparison and just have FI take some pics of you to compare.

    I know... I just get nervous and second-guess myself. Keep telling myself that I need to breathe and stop being crazy over the wedding haha. We (actually our photog recommended) decided to do our e-pics in the fall since our wedding is May and wanted to get the different colors etc. Very happy we did!

    I really like it and I don't think its too much.  The smokey eye is a pretty look.  Cute e-pics.I agree with the PP but in the end you have to be happy with it.  I haven't done my trial yet but when I do, if I am unsure, I will probalby get another just tp have a point of comparison.

    that is exactly why FI wants to wait until spring. Our wedding is in October and he things different seasons will be good. We are also having pics taken in Cabo in January for some different fun scenery.

    Yup- we did pics at Disney about a month after we got engaged (previously planned trip) which were good too... used them for the engagement announcement in the paper and wanted these to create a sign-in book.Thanks again for your opinions
