Yay! We're going to Jamaica Jan. 24 - 31, Last time mh and I went away together was in March...way too long. I upgraded to first class using miles as a surprise :)

    That's great Irene! How exciting. Yay for first class!! I'm just hoping for our flight down to the cruise we can sit together. Right now we're separated, so I'm gonna work my magic at the check-in desk. haha.

    I try to be home less as possible! Chels, if you call 24 hours before the day of departure, they open up more seats and you can even get (maybe) bulk head.

    chelsea~ al and i couldn't sit together on our hm flight either.  it wasn't too bad, but some wench in line made a snarky remark:  "that stinks you can't sit together..blah, blah, blah" and i replied, "i know and it is our hm"....thinking maybe she or someone else in line would offer, but no.  the worst part was that this hoe and her husband were staying at the same resort as us and she came gallopping over to me on the beach and was like, "oh you are the girl from our plane that couldn't sit herhusband" and then proceeded to ask us to hang out with them.  obvi we dogged them like the plague.

    Chelsea, are you flying with Continental? I always check-in the minute the 24 hour mark hits and you get to pick the premium or bulk seats like Irene says...

    I've had to sit by myself on a lot of flights. It's not a big deal.  You'll have two weeks to chat and discuss everything you ever wanted to talk about and more :)

    agreed tiff, but it is her hm, so it would be nice for chelsea to be able to sit with her husband.

    Oh sure, I definitely would prefer to sit with my husband. I'm just saying not to get too upset if you can't wind up making it happen.  It's not as big of a deal as it might seem.
