Room rentals in central NJ for a party

It has been a bit since I have posted on here.  Anyways, I am planning a 60th surprise party for my mom for this Nov, and am looking for a place to have the party.  I am looking for a place to bring in my own food and drinks (both non and alcoholic).  I would want them to have the tables/chairs supplied though, and let me in to set up before hand (and for me to clean up after).  And ideas on places??  I live in Somerset Co, she in Hunterdon, so I would like to try and stick around those areas.  We are looking at 50-75 ppl.

We did a 40th party at Rahway VFW. I brought my own catered food and wine and soda and we used their beer. Our beer tab was so cheap ($30) so worth it...
The hall rental itself was I think around $150-200.

If Rahway is a good area for you we had our engagement party at the Masonic Temple in Rahway. Great space and very updated, but parking is street parking.
