I forget the name of the place, but there is one in East Brunswick, if you go down hardenberg and make a right at the light near the bicentenial park, it's down that road.  They also have a pumpkin patch.  Both times I went it wasn't too crowded.

I found this website that divides the places up by county

I think the one in East Brunswick is Giamarese Farms on Fresh Ponds Rd.

    Hope this helps!

Delicious Orchards actually doesn't have pick your own apples. Eastmont Orchards, down the street, does. I went there yesterday and the apples are yummy!

I just went yesterday to Battleview Orchards in Freehold. Had a great time and the apples are really good and their hot apple cider was so yummy!

its a bit of a drive from you, but there is a place called Melicks (sp?) in Oldwick, NJ right off of 78.  its a really nice place and the people there are so nice.  id say its worth the drive.

FI and I went to VonThun's in Monmouth Junction yesterday and the trees were really sad looking. We usually go to Giamarese in East Brunswick -- I'd recommend going there!

Pennings in Warwick, New York, just 30-45 min from Bergen County, NJ. Not just apples, but pumkins, a petting zoo, music, cider and donuts, a food market, a bar, and beautiful scenery, surrounded by rolling hills.
