These were some of the other places we had looked into when we did our search - good luck!

Water's Edge is the only other one (besides what Grace added) I think would be worthwhile to look at. Good luck!

    What part of the shore?

LBI area has Bonnet Island Estate, Mallard Island Yacht Club, The Stateroom, Daddy O Hotel.

Red Bank (general) area has Molly Pitcher Inn, Shadowbrook, English Manor, Branches, Raven and the Peach, PNC Arts Center, just to name a few.

Tuffysmom- I think she was looking for venues on the water (just given the ones she said) to which Molly Pitcher and Oyster Point would go, but Shadowbrook etc wouldn't. I'm just making an assumption though.

chica- where were you looking? Did you just want the Monmouth/Ocean County area? If you want futher South, I'd also ask the South Jersey Board.

Spring Lake Bath & Tennis Club

Eatontown Sherton but that's on 35 so no real ambiance.

The Ocean place is gorgeous but expensive.

Also all of the AC casinos do weddings.

I got married at the River House and I highly recommend them.  They were definitely amazing to work with and the food is great.   Full review in bio.

I heard Branches in Long Branch does a good job.  My friend got married last year at the Lobster Shanty in Pt. Pleas.  It was beuatiful, I think they had just re-dont it...food was great too. Crystal Point is a bit outdated I would say.

thanks guys for all the suggestions. I am looking for the pt pleasant shore area. I think LBI may be a little too far. Those venues look GORGEOUS, but just a little too far.  I will be sure to check them all out!  Thank you!

If you are willing to look at Monmouth County, also try the Salt Creek Grille in Rumson, it is on the Navesink River and pretty reasonable also~ good luck!
