NWR: Wintuk Cirque Du Soleil

Hi everyone we were thinking of going into the city to see Wintuk this year. We usually go to radio city but are kind of tired of seeing the same show over and over. We've never been to a cirque du soleil show. Any feedback?

    I was not impressed.  However, I was expecting more tricks, but since this is a traveling show, I guess it's not as easy to do the tricks on moving stages.

    I was also not very impressed.  I love the shows I've seen in Vegas and this show did not live up to those at all.  It was a cute story and the music was beautiful but the tricks and acts were not anything out of the ordinary.

    Wintuk although it is a Cirque du Soliel production, is not on the same line as any of the other shows. We enjoyed it, it has a nice story, but if you are going for the ticks and acrobatics this is not the best show for that.
    If you are going to see a nice winter/holiday themed show it does have nice muisc and a winter story!

    i loved cirque du soleil! my fi got me tickets last year for christmas and we had a wonderful time.

    I say see Jersey Boys instead if you havent already, its so worth it! I hear u about the Christmas Show, unless you are in the front its just not worth it!

    I saw it when it first came out and thought it was geared more towards kids. IMO I  did not think t was worth the money.

    Never saw Wintuk...I saw Corteo and Kooza at Randall's Island and LOVE in Vegas and loved them all!!!

    Wintuk was very cute, but not a traditional Cirque show. We are taking our students to see A Christmas Carol is Princeton this year -- I hear it is usually pretty good.

    I agree with the other ladies--it was cute. Not your typical Cirque show. It was definitely geared towards kids a little more. I certainly didn't hate it. But it wasn't the best show I have seen.

    I didn't like it. My mom and I left unenthused. I love Cirque shows normally, and this was just... odd. It wasn't impressive. I'd see another show- I know some girls here are seeing Elf, maybe ask about that?
